We create an association for educational objective to understand and learn the steps creation and management company. This project will be around the cooking because we are in hotel formation in second STHR (science technology hotel restauration) in Lourdes. The objective is to products and sell foie gras. Futhermore, we participate in the competition «Schola Ingeniosa » in Toulouse on 15th march and 10th may 2017 where we present your project.
